I’ve worked hard all year. Really hard.
I’ve been creative, helpful, thoughtful, productive. In
addition to tending to my own business, I’ve launched a joint venture with a
colleague, taken on a vice-presidency for an executive board and dealt with
some significant medical issues.
So why is that when I find myself sitting in my home office
at 3:00pm on a workday in the middle of December, in my bathrobe with a guitar
across my lap, searching for the chords to one of my favorite songs by The New
Pornographers, I feel guilty?

In the past, I've involved myself deeply in facilitating leadership,
personal and professional development in both home and corporate
environments. As a Registered Counselor, I developed a curriculum to
prevent unnecessary conflict in personal or professional relationships.
As I started to train-the-trainers (mediators and therapists) last
year, I began to see how powerful the curriculum applied to our
physical environments as well.
GreenYourTheme.com is a tool to prevent unnecessary conflict between
event producer and earth. It is just one more manifestation of creating harmony within our environment and this has helped me declare my vision here.

The purpose of the incubator is to enable budding women entrepreneurs to bring to life their social enterprises by providing support and structure from leading experts in the social entrepreneurship field, peer support, and team support. As a result of this incubator program, six women will be empowered to breakthrough and bring their ventures to a critical stage of development. What makes this incubator unique is its focus on women, social enterprise, and its team approach, in addition to the traditional incubator components of training and access to networks and information resources.
